Quart of Homemade Pasta Fagioli Soup
Pasta e Fagioli, meaning “pasta and beans”, is a traditional Italian favorite. Usually meatless, but my version includes lean ground beef, tomatoes, matchstick carrots, celery, white beans, red beans, and ditalini pasta, all simmered in rich beef broth. It is great with croutons and shaved parmesan cheese, so convenient, just thaw and heat!
